There are 3-5 babies each month in Maricopa County that are born with Spina Bifida. This birth condition has lifelong implications including a high number of critical surgeries to fulltime wheelchair use. Most young families really benefit from the support offered through the gatherings and programs facilitated by SBAAZ.
