78 Degrees is Freezing Actually ❄️🌊

I’m excited to be participating in the Miami Beach Cupid Splash this year to raise money that support clean oceans, a healthy Biscayne Bay, and zero-waste solutions for Miami-Dade County. 💗

What happens when a Canadian and a Swede from the Arctic Circle raise a child in Miami? 🇨🇦🇸🇪 She grows up thinking 78°F (about 26°C) ocean water is freezing. So, I’m braving the the “cold” waters of South Beach to support Debris Free Oceans!

Make a Pledge and Help Me Raise Funds

I hope you’ll consider making a pledge to support my splash and share this page with friends and family!

Come Splash With Me

The celebration is free and open to everyone, and I hope you’ll join us for the fun on Sunday, February 15 at 10:00 AM at Collins Park Beach (23rd Street), Miami Beach. We lead the charge into the sea at noon. No registration is required, and costumes are highly encouraged. 💘

Together, we can help grow the Miami Beach Cupid Splash into a new 305 tradition that raises funds each year to protect Biscayne Bay, keep our beaches clean, and support environmental education right here in our community.

Thanks so much for supporting my splash and this important cause. 💙🌊
