Like last year, my wife, Karen, my best friend, Diane, and I are going to brave the hills of Philadelphia, riding our asses off to earn your donation which goes toward finding treatments and a cure for cadasil. My mother lost her battle with cadasil on April 19 of this year. We ride for my mom, for the rest our family still afflicted with this disease, for the cadasil community, and for the future generations who become affected by this relentless disease, united with the entire rare disease community.
