I’m excited to share that I’m participating in the 2025 Step UP for Down Syndrome Walk on Saturday, October 25 at Falls Road Park in Potomac, MD—and I’d love for you to be part of it!

This walk supports the Down Syndrome Network of Montgomery County (DSNMC), an incredible nonprofit that empowers people with Down syndrome and their families from birth through adulthood. DSNMC offers essential programs, advocacy, and a strong, welcoming community that makes a real difference every day.

I’m walking to celebrate the amazing people with Down syndrome in my life—and to raise funds for the resources and support that help them thrive. You can help by:
