TMS MastCellCon On Tour- Phoenix

Our western MastCellCon on tour event will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North hotel, located at 10 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012. If you will be staying in the hotel, please use our TMS booking link to book your room to get our group rate, and to ensure that you are placed in a room that is complying with our safety accommodations. This will be emailed to you with your registration confirmation. It can also be found on our FAQ page. For attendees staying at the hotel: The Front Desk will confirm with the guest if they will be using parking at the time of check in. They will exchange the ticket the guest is issued when entering the garage for a complimentary pass at check in. Attendees not staying at the hotel: Discounted parking has been contracted for non-hotel guests at $16/day. They can purchase discounted parking at the Hotel’s Front Desk with a credit or debit card (no cash). Attendees need to exchange the entrance ticket they are issued for the discounted ticket. The tickets are good until 2pm the following day. Attendees can choose in advance how many days of parking are needed and purchase one ticket for all days. IMPORTANT: The garage is only able to issue full price tickets ($32) and the hotel cannot reimburse, credit, or refund full price payments already made to the garage (only exchange entry ticket for discounted ticket)
