Monarch Flyway Project
When: Saturday, June 13th, 10:00am to 2:00pm
Where: Lakeshore State Park, Milwaukee
Invite your friends and join fellow nature enthusiasts to create a large habitat for migrating monarchs along Milwaukee's lakeshore. We'll be planting 2,000 1-gallon containers of the monarch butterfly's favorite native Wisconsin perennials. Johnson's Nursery will be generously providing the native plants.
Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gardening gloves for this event.
