Welcome to MS Moments’ 6th Annual Bike Ride — Pedal for a Moment!
We’re excited to once again bring together fun, friendship, and feel-good exercise for a cause that truly matters. Your day of sunshine and scenery will help support Iowa families living with Multiple Sclerosis.
Route
The ride will take place on the beautiful High Trestle Trail. Riders will begin and end in Madrid at the Flat Tire Lounge, with stops along the way in: Woodward at The Whistlin’ Donkey Bouton at Drifters Perry at The Proletariat The route is approximately 30 miles round trip, offering a scenic and enjoyable ride for participants of all levels.

Registration for Pedal for a Moment opens on January 24, 2026.
Sign up early! Walk-up registration will be available on ride day for an increased fee.

We encourage everyone not only to ride, but also to sign up as a fundraiser. Every dollar raised helps keep MS Moments’ programs running for Iowa families, and there will be prizes to thank you for your efforts!
