16th Annual Buddy Walk - Saturday, September 20, 2025

We are excited to announce that the 2025 Rio Grande Down Syndrome Network Buddy Walk® will take place on Saturday, September 20th!

Based on the incredible feedback we received last year, we are thrilled to once again host the event at Expo New Mexico/NM State Fairgrounds.

This year, the Buddy Walk will be held later in the day, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, featuring a vibrant neon and glow theme! Our Glowing Together event will include exhibitors, carnival games, activities and entertainment, creating a magical and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees. We anticipate welcoming over 1,500 participants to join in the fun.

We look forward to collaborating with businesses, community partners, and high schools once again to bring people together, promote inclusion, and, most of all, make lasting memories!

Nos complace anunciar que la Caminata Anual de Amigos de la Red de Síndrome de Down del Río Grande 2025 se llevará a cabo el sábado 20 de septiembre.

 Basándonos en los increíbles comentarios que recibimos el año pasado, estamos encantados de volver a organizar el evento en Expo New Mexico/NM State Fairgrounds.

 Este año, la Caminata de Amigos se celebrará más tarde, 5:00 de la tarde a 9:00 de la noche, con una vibrante temática de neón y luces brillantes. Nuestro evento "Brillando Juntos" incluirá expositores, juegos de feria, actividades y entretenimiento, creando un ambiente mágico e inclusivo para todos los asistentes. Esperamos recibir a más de 1500 participantes para que se unan a la diversión.

 Esperamos colaborar de nuevo con empresas, socios comunitarios y escuelas preparatorias para unir a la gente, promover la inclusión y, sobre todo, ¡crear recuerdos inolvidables!
