Hey friends, I want to share something close to my heart.

I've officially joined Hope Story, a charity team supporting families welcoming a child with Down syndrome. Their mission is to walk alongside families from day one helping them feel empowered, supported, and never alone.

This is deeply personal for me. I've been shaped by stories of families in my life and community who have children with Down syndrome, and I carry those stories with me. That's why l'm running. Not just for a medal or a finish line, but for the families who are still finding their footing after life throws them something unexpected.

My goal is to raise $700 by April 1, 2026, and every dollar goes straight to helping real families find hope, resources, and connection.

To make it personal, I'm dedicating miles to people's loved ones I'll be launching $5 Fridays, where small donations add up to something powerful.
