Our Mission

100 Holes. One Big Goal. A Lifetime of Impact.

Support the New Jersey PGA & NJGF Staff Golf Marathon

On Thursday, November 5th at Madison Golf Club, the New Jersey PGA Section and New Jersey Golf Foundation staff members are putting down their laptops and picking up their clubs for the ultimate endurance test: playing 100 holes of golf in a single day!

While playing 100 holes in one day is a physical challenge, our true mission is to raise vital funds and awareness for the New Jersey Golf Foundation (NJGF)—the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of the NJPGA. Every swing, birdie, and step we take will directly support programs that change lives across New Jersey through the game of golf.

Meet Team NJGF

Our dedicated staff team is ready to take on the 100-hole marathon:

Impacting Lives Through Our Core Pillars

Your support powers impactful community programs across the state centered around our three core pillars:

Youth Development: Introducing golf and its core values to youth of all backgrounds. Our flagship Golf in Schools initiative introduces more than 130,000 New Jersey elementary and middle school students to golf during physical education classes, alongside year-round Junior Tour programming.

Military Veterans: Supporting local military Veterans through PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere). PGA HOPE leverages golf as a therapeutic form of physical and emotional rehabilitation for active military personnel and Veterans with physical and cognitive disabilities—offered at no cost to the participants.

Special Needs: Providing inclusive golf experiences and adapted instruction for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities through partnerships with Special Olympics New Jersey and dedicated community clinics.

Heroes Tour: Providing competitive and therapeutic golf opportunities designed specifically for military Veterans and first responders through dedicated tournament programming across New Jersey.

How You Can Help

Every dollar raised helps us keep these programs growing and accessible to everyone in our community. You can back our team with any of the following options:

Flat Donation: Make a direct, one-time contribution of any amount to support the staff effort.

Per-Hole Pledge: Pledge a set dollar amount for every hole completed by a team member or the entire staff (e.g., $0.50, $1.00, or $2.00 per hole).

Per-Birdie Pledge: Pledge a specific amount for every birdie or eagle made by Team NJGF throughout the marathon.

All contributions to the New Jersey Golf Foundation are 100% tax-deductible.

Together, we can expand opportunities, empower Veterans, inspire young athletes, and strengthen our community through the game of golf. Thank you for your generosity and encouragement as we prepare to take on 100 holes!
