Our Mission
Hello everyone welcome to “Chris’s Cancer Crusaders” team page. Our team captain, Christina Billmire was diagnosed with Head and Neck cancer in 2020 during the height of the COVID pandemic, now 2 years post treatment. This is very personal and important to each of us because we all have experienced or know someone with cancer. Our hope is that this move-a-thon will bring the much-needed attention to those who are effected by Head and Neck cancers and to provide information, support to families and caregivers.
We are excited to join this incredible initiative with Head and Neck Cancer Alliance! Head and Neck Cancer Alliance’s mission is especially important to us and would welcome you to please support us by giving to our page.
Your gift will assist in furthering our mission to advance prevention, detection, treatment, and rehabilitation of oral, head, and neck cancer through public awareness, research, advocacy, and survivorship.
