**International Paper is matching gifts up to $5,000!**

Houston Men’s Basketball is partnering with Champions for Literacy to host a Fight for Literacy Game (presented by International Paper) to benefit Literacy Now by providing critical literacy resources.

Together, these Champions for Literacy are making sure every child is resourced and inspired to become a strong reader. Reading on grade level by the end of 3rd grade is a powerful and proven indicator that children will graduate high school and be college or career-ready. Join us by becoming a Champion for Literacy and donating to the cause!

BECOME A CHAMPION TODAY! HOW YOU CAN HELP:

100% of donations will stay local with Literacy Now to provide reading intervention to a projected 880 struggling readers in K-3rd grade throughout Houston and Aldine ISD Title 1 schools.

WHAT LITERACY NOW HAS TO SAY:

Our parentship with Champions For Literacy over the years has had an incredible impact on Literacy Now's ability to help struggling readers read on grade level. In addition to the critical funding provided by Champions For Literacy, the Fight For Literacy campaign offers great public exposure for our organization and the literacy crisis affecting our youth in Houston.
