We Need Your Help!
As many of you know, Baby Bearded One was diagnosed with autism in November 2022. Before even obtaining a diagnosis, we were hit with many of the trials and tribulations and research of just knowing something was right. We have had therapies and doctors galore and have thankfully had the support of our families and friends to help us get thru it all. On the downside of that, we also came to terms with the realization of little man was sometimes being treated differently, to the point he was almost "bullied", just because he is well "different". On the outside, you would never know, as Connor is the sweetest, kindest, loving 5 (almost 6) - year old you would ever meet. Over the course of the past year, we have moved to the most wonderful town and have garnered more of the most sincerest support and love, that we could ever imagine. With all this being said, and as some of you know, it has been a mission of mine to find ways that all children are treated the same regardless of whatever may ail them. It is through agencies like POAC that help make this possible, as some children just need that extra/added support in their lives (without taking away that there are also children who need a lot more). Please help us support POAC Autism Services by making a contribution to our team and sharing this page with your family and friends. Every dollar we raise will advance POAC Autism Services's great cause!
Together, we can make a difference!
