Consistent with our mission “to change the lives of people living with kidney disease”, for the 2nd year in a row U.S. Renal Care has formed a team to fundraise in support of people living with kidney disease. Your donation to our team provides a lifeline of care to people living with kidney disease and those at risk who face incredible obstacles.

We join the 37 Mile Challenge, and each team member will attempt to walk 37 miles during the month of May to raise awareness of kidney disease. We are asking for donations as we walk to create a better world for thousands of people living with kidney disease. Your contribution is more than a gift, it is an investment in lives.
