Lily House

This year, our team is co-captained by Amy Graves and by Chris Nagle, and our team's swim is dedicated to the memory of his mother, Joan, who passed away earlier this summer. As many of you know, Joan was a hot ticket who taught many people on the Outer Cape to become comfortable and capable swimmers. She is truly missed, and we will all be thinking of her as we do our thing.

About The Lily House
We are a community hospice home in Wellfleet providing end-of-life care at no cost to those in need--because none of us should have to worry about dying alone. Lily House residents receive 24/7 compassionate & personalized care in a peaceful environment where they can live & die with dignity while being cared for with love.

Team Lily House is excited to raise money, gather together (near or far), and SWIM in the 38th Swim for Life & Paddler Flotilla!
