It’s a wrap for my day on the relay in the 28X28 mobility challenge.
Started with a 28 min workout in the morning, a 28 min brisk walk at lunch & ending with a 28 min outdoor run hop in the garden watering plants!!
5.35m with 12,550 steps today!
This challenge sure got me moving and everyone needs to move & should not be a privilege!
