Our Mission: MOVE for good this November

What if EVERYONE had a personal coach to help them obtain health and vitality, showing them love and mercy along the way? What would happen to families? To the workforce? To our society? To address these questions, Noble Clay Fitness was created.

It's been a rough month for movement due to my illness. I did not get in the gym as much as I would have hoped, however the movement continues even in December!

Luckily my jobs as a dance teacher, movement artist for glo atl, and choreographer/dancer allow me to keep moving every day.
