In memory of our son & brother Freddie Dalmazio please help us in alleviating the financial burden for families that have to choose between paying a bill and saving their child's life.
Freddie was 19 when he was diagnosed with AML. Freddie fought so hard for his life but eventually his body gave up at age 21 (2.8.09). We were fortunate in one way, we were able to pay our bills with no burden. But we saw to many families struggle because of their finances, not being able to provide their child not even with just a little toy. Freddie always would say "I feel so sorry for those kids mom, it's just not fare". That's why we strongly support The Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation because The Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation helps alleviate the financial stress by providing direct monetary grants to families so no parent ever has to choose between paying a bill and saving their child's life or even just to buy a small toy to put a smile on their face..

The team that fundraises the most money will be recognized during the Walk-Off for Cancer event and the Team Captain will receive an autographed New York Yankees Jersey. Individuals are only eligible for ONE incentive item. Team Captains will receive their incentive items at the end of the Walk and are not eligible for individual donation items.
