Only 5% of Rare Diseases Have Access to an FDA-Approved Treatment. We’re Lifting to Change That, But We Need Your Help!

The Brunswick Lift for Life is coming up and our team is proud to dedicate our performance in support of Uplifting Athletes. Uplifting Athletes is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which harnesses the power of sport to build community and invest in the lives of those impacted by rare disease.

Lift For Life is Uplifting Athletes’ signature event held by student-athletes at colleges and universities across the country. The challenges faced by the rare community are bigger than any one individual, team, or organization can tackle alone. Our chapter takes pride in the opportunity to shine a spotlight on rare diseases and support Uplifting Athletes so that no person feels alone.

Supporting our Lift for Life is simple! Fans can pledge for each bench press repetition we complete. Our goal is to average 11 reps during the event.

How you can help:

  • Pledge for every rep the our team averages on bench press

  • Make a one-time donation

The proceeds from our Lift for Life support the mission of Uplifting Athletes and its charitable programs: rare disease awareness, rare disease research, Uplifting Experiences, and Uplifting Leaders.
