Our Mission

We’re excited to be part of the 2026 Swim Across the Sound. This cause means a lot to us, as cancer has impacted so many people in our lives some who were fortunate enough to make it through, and others who were not.

Most recently, a fellow Marist Swim and Dive alumnus, William “Brink” Hartman, lost his battle with cancer. His daughter was one of our teammates at Marist and a close friend, which made this loss especially difficult for all of us. After coming together following the services, we decided to dedicate this year’s swim to Brink’s memory.

This swim is a way for us to honor him and stand with everyone who has been affected by this disease. If you’re able, please consider making a donation, every contribution helps make a difference. Thank you for your support.
