The Speak Feed Lead Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children, youth, and adults to use their voices with confidence, clarity, and purpose. It was founded by international speech champion and TEDx coach Jackie Bailey with the belief that every voice has the power to lead, heal, and transform. Through public speaking and leadership training, coaching, workshops, clubs, and retreats, the organization helps individuals develop communication skills that build self-confidence and positive influence. Additionally, part of its mission includes supporting underserved youth internationally through humanitarian outreach initiatives such as the Health, Hope, and Higher Aspirations program.
