Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund if we have a waitlist. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable, as we’ve already made reservation commitments based on your RSVP. If you’re unable to attend, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate or transfer your spot, if possible. Please keep in mind that the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas covers 85–95% of the cost for each individual to attend and pays for your spot in advance to keep this program affordable for families. Last-minute cancellations not only result in a loss of funds, but they also prevent others on the waitlist from having the opportunity to participate. Thank you for your understanding and support!
