We Are Skiing For CCL and Climate Action!
By day, we come from all walks of life. What brings us together is our shared commitment and support for the essential work the grassroots nonpartisan climate organization Citizens' Climate Lobby is doing.
Throughout the month of December we'll be putting our ski training to good use to raise money for climate action! Some of us are gearing up for big races like the American Birkebeiner, others are going to get out on the trails for fun. Overall, we're aiming to help support CCL's annual Year End Fundraiser campaign (Dec. 2 - 31) to help support our collective nonpartisan bridge-building climate advocacy, thanks for pledging to donate!
You can donate directly to the group page here or click and explore each of the team members to support their individual goals.
Every tax-deductible gift to Citizens’ Climate Education (CCE) directly funds the training, education, and tools Citizens’ Climate Lobby (CCL) volunteers need to effectively advocate for climate solutions. Thanks in advance for your support!

30 more kilometers in! Loving the weather today after a cold snap and so thankful for all the community of support making this fundraiser possible! I’ll share more from the trail next weekend as I’ll be skiing in Bemidji’s amazing ski network!

The advantage of skiing on a cold day is that there are less people there and I get more of the trails to myself - other than the deer that watched me ski by. This is the best snow we've had in years. It's so fun to get out on the "real" snow, not just the "made" snow. For non-snow people, there is a big difference in texture and ski performance on natural vs made snow.

I got out on some good snow this weekend though the temps were cold. 9 degrees when I finished, so my phone was tucked in my pocket and no chance for a photo. It's so nice to have natural snow to ski on after the last two years of only made snow. Thanks to all my supporters out there who keep me going!
