Why we do this

Sadly, since doing the research for that, things haven't gotten much better, and they really need to get better. So here we are, again, doing what we can to make that happen. Raising funds helps, a lot. And in this case, raising awareness helps just as much because just how bad things can get for veterinarians isn't really common knowledge.
So if you can throw a few bucks to NOMV, that would be tremendous. If you can tell a few friends that the organization exists, and a little about what they do, that would also be tremendous. If you'd like to join the team, please do, we'd love to have you.
And maybe someday it really will be not one more vet.

Miles from yesterday, and my last of the month because my back is insisting that today be a rest day. I forgot to put on a sweatband before I started and it was about 103° by the time I got around to working out.
But I have hit both my mileage and fundraising goals, and for that I'm grateful. "Thank you for your support" sounds so... yeah, sounds like it's in an email that I hope finds you well. But it is sincere. Your support here means the world, and I thank you for it from the bottom of my heart ❤️
