At First Tee - Quad Cities, we believe that success starts with a clear vision and a strong plan. Our two-part Vision Board event is designed to help our teenage girls define their goals, build confidence, and take intentional steps toward their future.
Session 1: Dream & Design
In this dynamic kickoff session, participants will craft a visual roadmap for their future, exploring their ambitions, passions, and personal motivations. Through guided activities and creative expression, they’ll gain clarity on their goals while reinforcing the power of vision and self-belief.
Session 2: Plan & Pursue
With their vision boards as inspiration, participants will take the next step—turning dreams into structured, actionable plans. This results-driven session focuses on goal-setting strategies, personal accountability, and practical steps to success, ensuring each girl leaves with a clear, personalized blueprint for achieving her aspirations.
