We Are in Philly brings together Philadelphia business leaders, Penn State Coaches, staff, Letterman & alumni for an exclusive evening of access, connection, and impact.
This limited-capacity event features Head Coach Matt Campbell, Saquon Barkley, Terry Smith, and notable Penn State Football lettermen including Christian Hackenberg, Mike Gesiki, Grant Haley, Mike Mauti, Koa Farmer, Adam Taliaferro and current players in a structured, premium environment designed to unite the Penn State community in support of Penn State Football and the Michael Ann & Saquon Barkley Hope Foundation.
The evening includes:
- Private VIP cocktail reception (VIP & Sponsors Only)
- Structured photo opportunity with Coach, Saquon Barkley and others (VIP & Sponsors Only)
- Initial Coach remarks and moderated Q&A (In VIP & Sponsor Cocktail Hour)
- Whiteout Room featuring Whiteout Blanco & Whiteout Blitz & Letterman Christian Hackenberg & Michael Mauti (For all attendees)
- Full main-stage program to include remarks from Head Coach Matt Campbell, Legendary Nittany Lion Letterman, Presentation of this year's "We Are Award", live media and event coverage c/o College Sports Company & State Media, and more.
- Live painting from Cody Sabol, live & silent auction and paddle raise

Event Disclaimer & Disclosure
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the We Are In Philly (“Event”) on May 7, 2026 at the Union League of Philadelphia (“Venue”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Event. The Michael Ann & Saquon Barkley Hope Foundation (the “Foundation”), Penn State Football (“Football”), their Boards, Consultants, Representatives and Affiliates and the Venue, sponsors, partners, and affiliates (the “Event Team”) shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with attendance at the Event. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.Venue Responsibility (We Are Respectful)
Guests agree to treat the Venue with care and respect. Any damage to the Venue, its artwork, property, or facilities caused by a guest will be the sole responsibility of that guest and/or the ticket purchaser.Tickets (We Are Buying Tickets)
Event access is issued exclusively to the registered guest(s). Tickets and sponsorships are non-refundable.
Auction Items (We Are Buying Items)
All silent and live auction items are sold “as is.” The Event Team makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition, value, or usability of any items. Winning bidders assume all responsibility for use or redemption of auction items, including compliance with any expiration dates or restrictions.Alcohol Consumption (We Are Drinking Responsibly)
Alcohol will be served only to individuals aged 21 and over with valid identification. Guests are expected to drink responsibly. The Event Team, Venue, and vendors disclaim any responsibility for incidents, accidents, or injuries related to alcohol consumption.Media Release & Consent (We Are Taking Photos & Video)
The Event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, guests grant the Event Team, its partners, and media representatives the irrevocable right to use their image, likeness, and voice in any photos, videos, or other media captured during the Event, for promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes, without compensation.General Conduct (We Are Behaving Responsibly)
The Event Team and Venue reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.Autograph Policy (We Are Not Bringing In Outside Items)
To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, outside items are not permitted for autograph signing. Only items provided or approved by the event organizers may be signed during the event. Event staff reserve the right to refuse signing requests for any outside materials brought into the venue.Dress Code (We Are Showing Out)
This event maintains a cocktail and professional dress code, including no sneakers, jeans, athletic wear or T-shirts. Attendees are expected to dress in appropriate attire consistent with the nature of the event. Business Casual Key: For men; tucked in collared shirt or turtleneck, slacks, khakis or dark denim. Shoe options may include: Dress shoes, suede or leather oxfords or slip-on loafers. White soles permitted. For women: dresses, blouses, sweaters, skirts, slacks, khakis or dark denim. Shoe options may include: Dress shoes, suede or leather flats or slip-ons. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or participation to guests who do not comply with the dress code requirements.Age Requirement (We Are 21+)
Attendance at this event is limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required upon entry. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to any individual who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.
