Help support a unique community resource one Rep at a time

Reps4Recovery offers free workouts to those seeking a sober lifestyle and/or lifestyle of recovery. We welcome sober allies and advocates too! While exercise helps one sustain a life of quality wellness, our group workouts also provide a safe, supportive, and consistent recovery community. Now, we reach out to our greater community and ask that you please help us to continue to offer free, accessible and unique resources to our community (to YOUR community!) that we love and appreciate so deeply.

Throughout the month of September, fundraiser participants will ask donors to make a pledge on their personal campaign page, on the final day of the fundraiser, September 25th 2022, fundraiser participants can join us at Upstate Nevada Fitness at 10:30am PST (in-person or virtually) to see how many reps they can achieve. Our goal is to raise $25,000 in 25 days! This is the Biggest campaign we have ever held, and with your help we KNOW we can accomplish our goal. You and your team have 25 days (beginning September 1st) to gather donations and motivate your team and your communities to participate and give to a special cause. You and your team can choose to have donors donate per rep for the provided workout, or ask for a flat donation (no reps required). Ask your friends and family to pledge for every rep you complete to support our Reps4recovery community. On September 25th @ 10:30am PST, your team should join us at Upstate Nevada Fitness to complete your Reps, or video your workout and post with #Repsathon #reps4recovery #sweat4reps. Let's take over Instagram with our positivity and literal strength!

$25,000 will not only allow us to continue the fight against addiction by providing consistent workouts and recreational activities for our members, but $25,000 will also help us to continue to develop and grow our programs. This September we will be awarding two scholarships to two current R4R members to receive their Level 1 CrossFit certifications. Our three current R4R coaches all received scholarships last year and became L1 certified. This was possible because of YOU! Your donations literally help change lives. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

How The Reps-A-Thon works:

Participants can choose to create their own team or join an already existing team. The team participants then gather pledges from friends, family, and community members.

1.) A donation can be based on the number of repetitions the participant completes in one of two of the following 7 minute workouts:

  • No equipment option - 7 minute AMRAP (As many reps as possible)

15 air Squats

10 sit-ups

5 push ups

  • Equipment Option - 7 Minute AMRAP:

10 Deadlifts at 50% body weight

10 KB swings

****For example, if you donate $1/rep, and the campaign participant completes 100 repetitions, the final donation amount will be $100.

2.) You can also show your support by making a one-time or "flat-donation." One-time donations are not affected by the number of reps recorded.
