According to the World Happiness Report 2021, “Mental health issues increased by 47%”. The rise of mental health issues appears to have no boundaries. In a resource recently published by John Hopkins Medicine, new statistics related to mental health provided insight on the rise of mental disorders. They write, "An estimated 26% of Americans ages 18 and older -- about 1 in 4 adults -- suffers from a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year". On site we will provide wellness outlines to support overall well being, diet, exersise, meditation and mindfulness. A professional will be present to provide resources to those needing in-depth information. All donation are greatly appreciated and we hope to see you all.
