We were excited to host our 18th Annual Walk for a Cure on October 7, 2023. We had over 335 walkers join us virtually or in person for our full, half, quarter marathon, or family-friendly 5k! Some walked as single walkers, while others created/lead or joined a team - All to be part of finding a cure. 100% of all donations raised go to breast cancer research. Donations accepted until December 31, 2023.
About Our Organization
The Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation is a Southeastern Connecticut based charitable organization that was established in 2006 by two friends, Norma Logan (1958-2006) and Sandy Maniscalco. The two friends realized the need for a new kind of fundraising organization (not enough money was going to breast cancer research). TBBCF was established to honor Terri Brodeur, a young mother of three, who succumbed to the disease in 2005 after a two-year battle with breast cancer.
