The 2026 Cure the Cycle Challenge is more than a ride
It is a movement to create a brighter future for individuals and families affected by urea cycle disorders (UCDs).
This year, all proceeds from the event will support the Cindy Le Mons Fellowship Grant, a research initiative of the National Urea Cycle Disorders Foundation dedicated to advancing innovative research, supporting emerging investigators, and accelerating progress toward better treatments and outcomes for individuals living with UCDs.

Cyclists from across the country will gather in Napa for the official 12th Annual Cure the Cycle ride experience.
Bring Cure the Cycle to Your Community
We’re inviting past and current Cure the Cycle riders to become Team Captains and help bring families together in communities across the country.
As a Team Captain, you will serve as a local point of contact, choose a place and time to meet on October 10, 2026, and invite nearby families and supporters to ride, walk, run, or participate their way.
Whether your team includes two people or twenty, your leadership can help raise awareness, fund research on urea cycle disorders, and create hope.
