Class Description
Your ability to ‘bounce back’ from difficult situations and believing ‘You Matter’ are two critical ingredients in your mental and emotional well-being.
SPN Survivors has identified six additional ingredients, called Building Blocks, that are designed to help you build resilience, connection and hope. Add a variety of healthy coping skills and you're on the path to Building a Healthy You.
Our goal is to help you increase your mental health literacy, resiliency and hope so you can not only survive, but thrive, despite hardship. We'll also share available resources and real-life examples that demonstrate how to Build a Foundation that Supports a Healthy You at home, at school, at work and at play.
