PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) introduces golf through a cost-free 6-8 week curriculum, led by PGA of America Golf Professionals trained in adaptive golf and military cultural competency. The program covers the provision of clubs and equipment if necessary, training aids, range balls, and access to golf courses on a weekly basis. PGA HOPE aims to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of both Veterans and the Active-Duty community by leveraging the game of golf.
PGA HOPE Sun Country has six programs in the following cities where we work with 200+ Veterans (and growing).
- Albuquerque North - Tanoan CC
- Four Corners - San Juan CC & Civitan GC
- Kirtland AFB - Tiejras Arroyo GC
- Santa Ana Pueblo - Twin Warriors
- Las Cruces - NMSU GC
- El Paso - Ascarate GC
This event will take place during this year's HOPE 4 Heroes national campaign to promote and fundraise for PGA HOPE. Please consider helping us support our nation's heroes!
