We’re thrilled to be participating in the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend for the very first time! While this marks the third race weekend back on the West Coast since the return of runDisney events at Disneyland, it’s our debut - and we couldn't be more excited to join the magic in Anaheim.

Whether you're taking on a solo distance or the Dumbo Double Dare, each step supports our mission of inclusion, and every fundraising goal brings us closer to making a difference. Here's a breakdown of the fundraising requirements for each race distance:

• Disneyland 5K - Fundraising Commitment: $250

• Disneyland 10K - Fundraising Commitment: $350

• Disneyland Half Marathon - Fundraising Commitment: $450

• Dumbo Double Dare (10K + Half Marathon) - Fundraising Commitment: $750

Please note: Fundraising commitments are separate from the cost of race registration. These contributions go directly toward supporting our programs and initiatives - empowering children of all abilities and creating inclusive opportunities through the power of community.

Each participant will pay for their race registration and make a tax-deductible initial donation as part of joining our team. This upfront donation kickstarts your fundraising journey and counts toward your overall commitment. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:

• Disneyland 5K: $130 registration + $50 donation

• Disneyland 10K: $185 registration + $50 donation

• Disneyland Half Marathon: $270 registration + $50 donation

• Dumbo Double Dare Challenge (10K + Half): $450 registration + $100 donation

This structure ensures that 100% of the funds raised beyond the registration fee go directly toward our mission. Your registration secures your spot in the race, and your initial donation lays the foundation for your fundraising success. Every dollar you raise from this point forward goes toward creating a more inclusive and impactful future - one step at a time.

Participating with us not only secures your entry into the race but also provides you with a host of benefits designed to enhance your runDisney® experience:

Upon reaching half of your fundraising target, you'll receive the link to officially register for your chosen event. This benchmark needs to be reached 45 days before the expo starts. Should the halfway mark of fundraising not be met by this time, the bib, along with all fees and fundraising amounts, will be forfeited.

We understand that life can happen. While donations are non-refundable to ensure the integrity of our commitment, race registrations are transferable. If you find yourself unable to participate, you may transfer your spot to another runner or allow us to allocate it to someone on our waitlist, ensuring your contribution still forwards our cause.
