Class Description
Our Foundations class explores the subject of mental health and well-being using our six Building Blocks in a way that’s easy to understand, share with others, and immediately put into action.
Our goal is to help you increase your mental health literacy, resiliency and hope by sharing available resources and real-life examples that demonstrate how to Build a Foundation that Supports a Healthy You at home, at school, at work and at play.
Learning Objectives
- Increase mental health literacy
- Gain awareness of the Window of Tolerance concept
- Identify the six Foundations Building Blocks and how they impact mental health
