The only one if its kind, Team Foster's Capital to Capital event begins in the former United States Capital, Philadelphia, PA on April 29, 2023. Continuing on April 30, 2023, cyclists will ride to the finish line in Washington D.C. This event is Team Foster's very first 2-day event and volunteers can sign up to assist the finish line, mid point, and finish line. SAG drivers and mechanics are also needed during the 150 mile ride. Read more volunteer descriptions below:
April 29th:
Day 1 start line tasks: Check in set up and operation and breakdown, roll call for each platoon.
Day 1 Halfway point: Set up for day 2 registration and assist all day 2 riders with directions for the next day.
Day 1 SAG Drivers: SAG stands for “support and gear.” SAG's role is to keep everyone safe, provide tools and bike support, and help shepherd the ride.
Day 1 Mechanics: Mechanics will drive along with the SAG drivers to assist in any mechanical issues a rider may be experiencing with their bike.
April 30th:
