Since 2013, college sports teams and athletes across the country have partnered with Champions for Literacy to use their platform as a megaphone to call attention to the importance of childhood reading. Thanks to their partnership, CFL has been able to grant more than $1.5 million to support 100+ literacy organizations across the country and impact more than 80,000 kids. Now, athletes of ALL ages can partner with us to make a difference in your community.

About Champions for Literacy
Founded in 2013 by two high school students, Champions for Literacy uses the power of sports to impact childhood reading. We impact the cause in three ways:
Promote - Sports are a powerful way to get the word out about the importance of childhood reading.
Inspire - We create opportunities for athletes to use their voice to inspire kids to become great readers.
Resource - Sports are also a key way to bring resources to the cause. When athletes and teams care, communities care.
