Fairways for All programs bring First Tee to kids and families traditionally underserved in golf, including:
Ethnic and racial minorities - Girls and young women - Children with special needs - LGBTQ+ youth and families -Families facing financial challenges

Who is First Tee – Jersey Shore?
First Tee – Jersey Shore believes in developing golf and life experiences that are just as fun as they are meaningful, where kids feel excited to grow, safe to fail, and better equipped for whatever comes their way.
Character is learned, cultivated and shaped by our experiences. In a today’s world where social pressures are always on, where calm and confidence are hard to access, and where perseverance is a required superpower, our kids are growing in new environments that are demanding more from them, and therefore more from us to support them.
First Tee does important community work introducing kids to the great game of golf while building experiences that build character to empower kids through a lifetime of unprecedented new challenges and continuous personal growth.
⛳ What is Fairways for All?
Fairways for All is a focused effort to increase and encourage diversity & inclusion of kids and families who are underrepresented in the sport of golf. These populations are defined as: racial & ethnic minorities, females, children with special needs, LBGTQ kids and families, and families facing financial hardships. Donations help provide direct need transportation, program “golferships”, and program delivery & expansion.

First Tee is a youth development organization that empowers kids and teens through the game of golf. By seamlessly integrating the game’s core values with life skills education, First Tee helps young people build confidence, develop resilience, and make healthy choices on and off the course.
Through fun, engaging experiences led by trained coaches and mentors, participants learn valuable skills such as integrity, respect, perseverance, and teamwork—skills that last a lifetime. With a focus on accessibility and inclusion, First Tee creates a welcoming environment for kids of all backgrounds, helping them discover their potential and prepare for future success.
