Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools®
Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools® is an opportunity for schools pre-K through university level to intentionally promote meaningful social inclusion. This is accomplished by bringing together students with and without intellectual disabilities to create accepting school environments, utilizing three interconnected components: Special Olympics Unified Sports®, inclusive youth leadership, and whole school engagement. The money raised will go to Unified Programing in the Kansas City Kansas area schools!
It’s that time of the year again! The Choose to Include 5K is right around the corner. Come out and have some super-powered fun while supporting Special Olympics Kansas Unified Champion Schools. The theme this year is Heroes For Inclusion so don’t forget to wear your best super costume!
