About the Fight for Literacy

Starting in 2013, teams Fight for Literacy by hosting a Fight for Literacy Game presented by International Paper during their season. Coaching staff and athletes wear #Green4Literacy and call their fans to join the #Fight: raise awareness and funds to support literacy programs in their community. We’re proud to have so many #ChampionsofLiteracy working to provide opportunity through reading to young readers.

Since then, we've been able to donate over $1 million to support our #ChampionsofLiteracy across the nation. We are proud to partner with such wonderful institutions that are helping us create more and more #ChampionsofLiteracy so that we can solve the problem of illiteracy in their communities.

Don't see your favorite team below but want to help elementary students learn to read? Scroll to the top of page and click 'DONATE'. Thank YOU for joining us in the Fight for Literacy.
