Mission Statement
City of Lakes Waldorf School educates children to think independently, work artistically, and exercise strength of will. Through an integrated curriculum of academics, arts, and practical studies, City of Lakes Waldorf School encourages children to meet the world with reverence, nobility, and authentic action.
Great Gatherings!
Great Gatherings are community/parent-hosted events that bring City of Lakes Waldorf School families together to connect, celebrate, and make memories together while raising funds to support the school.
These are fun, fixed-price events meant to engage and grow our community. Gatherings can be designed just for kids, just for grown-ups, or for the whole family. Past Gatherings include included ethnic dinners, camping trips, wine tastings, bowling parties, bike rides, poker nights, sing-a-longs, artistic workshops – just to name a few!
Thanks to the generosity of the hosts, all ticket proceeds support the school, directly benefiting the CLWS' programs and initiatives.
From intimate gatherings to larger social experiences, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Great Gatherings embody the spirit of community while fostering a shared commitment to the school’s mission.
