PARTICIPANT TESTIMONIALS
“I feel so blessed that two years after my CLL/SLL diagnosis and immediately beginning treatment for SLL, I was still feeling strong and healthy enough to walk the Celebrating Long Lives 5K with my family there to support me. It was a fun and easy way to raise funds for the CLL Society, and now we plan on participating every year.”
“Truly meaningful to be able to share my story with CLL, the impact CLL Society makes, and raise donations that will benefit the patient population.”
“I was reminded of a quote that I love from Rachel Naomi Remen: 'Perhaps the secret of living well is not in having all the answers but in pursuing unanswerable questions in good company.' The CLL Society is just the good company I've needed. The 5K walk was a chance to spend quality time with people who support each other and who lift me up each month. Excellent experience!”
