Mahoning Valley Warrior is hosted by the Autism Society of Mahoning Valley to raise funds for its programs and services, including its support help desk.
We believe that there are two types of WARRIORS:
1) Athletes who strive to better themselves like ancient warriors
2) Parents of those with autism fight like warriors to achieve better care, education and opportunities for their children.
This event consists of opportunities to prove your athletic prowess AND it is also an opportunity for the autism community to come together for a morning of fun, education and community support. While the athletes are competing, we play host to the annual Autism Family Support Walk, fun family activities and the region’s largest Special Needs Resource Fair.
