This is your chance to invest in you and #PayItForward - join the Heroes Foundation in the 2025 Fit4Heroes campaign, Powered by American Health & Wellness, from April 1-30!
Fit4Heroes cancer fighters will have a fundraising page to set movement goals, share each time they log an activity, and raise important funds for innovative cancer prevention programs like this one. You can even create a team with your family, friends, or work team to #beatcancer together!
Simply click “JOIN” to create a team, join a team, or participate individually. Choose your physical activity and fundraising goal. Activity units can be miles, minutes, calories burned - you choose. Then you are all set to start fundraising! You can start recording your activity and sharing your fitness campaign on Tuesday, April 1.

Why We Fight
Cancer does not discriminate. It touches the young and the old, the wealthy and the poor, people who are Black, Brown, and White. It knows no racial, cultural, or ethnic boundaries. And so, the Heroes Foundation remains committed to its mission of providing meaningful support to cancer patients, education to promote cancer prevention, and resources to advance research for a cure. The programs we support attend to the body, mind, and spirit of the whole person and our external collaborators are among the finest in the world.
