In addition to learning fundamentals of the golf swing and the game, our character education and life skills programs help kids and teens prepare for success at school, at home and in their community.
Our Junior Golf & Life Skills Curriculum Focuses on: How to manage emotions, How to set goals, How to resolve conflicts, How to communicate with others
On October 29, 2023 we will host our 17th Annual Golf Marathon. This is going to be an exciting day of golf at the Colbert Hills Par 3 Course. Golfers will raise pledges from friends, families, and businesses, to ultimately help First Tee - Manhattan reach its goal of $15,000. All monies raised through the marathon will help First Tee - Manhattan offer affordable programs for ALL youth in Riley, Pottawatomie, and Geary County.
