Lambda Chi Alpha is committed to local philanthropic endeavors. This year we will continue to support Watauga Habitat for Humanity by pledging to shave our heads to raise money and awareness for the nonprofit's mission. Watauga Habitat for Humanity partners with low-to-moderate income families and individuals and helps them build and buy their own affordable home, and has been doing so for over 30 years. It's a great cause and we're proud to support them as they build homes, communities and hope in Watauga County, the county that Appalachian State University resides in.
