Class Description
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and this year's theme is 'Turn Awareness into Action'.
This Foundations class will focus on helping you know how and when to take action to support those you love (including yourself) when faced with difficult and stressful situations, including day to day life.
Anyone can attend and benefit from the information shared in this FREE class.
