Embrace the new year with a purpose! Join our 31-day challenge for a healthier you. Here our first challenge of the year is to do 30 minutes of movement a day (of any kind!), this will include a sugar and alcohol-free month as well, all while supporting cancer-stricken families. You won't be alone on this journey, with fellow fitness enthusiasts motivating you. Let's Stride For Lives together!
How it Works!
Sign Up and Move
1. Set your fundraising goal. We recommend a minimum individual goal of $100. Movement looks different for everyone and we want you to move YOUR way. That could be walking, running, biking, lifting, yoga, rock climbing, and more!
2. Customize Your Fundraising Page. During registration, you'll be able to customize a personal fundraising page, so you can collect donations or pledges for your 30 Minutes of Movement Per Day. Add a fun photo to your page and share how you'll be moving!
You'll have the option to fundraise on your own, join a team, or create a team by inviting friends, family, or co-workers to join you. All participants are welcome, no matter where you are joining us from or how you choose to participate!
3. Log your daily activity and updates by entering it manually or connecting your Free Strava account.
4. Share your fundraising page with your network to help collect donations. With every 30 minutes you move, you can make a difference for The Stride Project and our Sponsored Families. The funds you raise will provide critical funding for our mission supporting both cancer patients and their families.
