Experience the Momentum: A Night to Support SEBCM

Thursday, February 19, 2026 | 7:30–9:30 PM, Doors Open at 7:15 | Volunteer Ballroom D | Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

Hosted in partnership with the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists (AAOP) 52nd Annual Meeting

Three years ago, this movement began with a simple truth: every body deserves the right to move. Today, that truth is transforming lives across the country.

The SEBCM Activation Celebration brings together the heart of our movement—advocates, clinicians, partners, and dreamers—to celebrate real change. Legislation is working.

Our LL/LD community is gaining access to prosthetic and orthotic care that meets real-life needs—restoring fairness in insurance coverage and enabling movement for physical activity, employment, and daily living tasks like showering and bathing.

Lives are being rebuilt with dignity, independence, and movement.

And we’re not stopping here. 12 states now have SEBCM laws in effect. 20+ states are introducing new legislation or expanding legislation. 10+ states are building momentum for the next wave of change.

That’s 40+ active state coalitions united by one goal: enacting legislative change in 28 states by the LA 2028 Paralympics—laying the foundation for nationwide federal reform to ensure equitable mobility access and care for every body, in every state.

2026 is a big year for transformation. The progress is working, but the road ahead is long—and we will not stop until every BODY, no matter their ZIP code or health plan, has access to the care they deserve.

This is what progress in motion looks like. State by state, story by story, we’re transforming the standard of care—and building the path to national change.

Join us in Nashville as we spotlight SEBCM Tennessee and the advocates leading the charge. Come celebrate the people, the policy, and the progress redefining what’s possible—right here, in the heart of Music City.

Proceeds from ticket sales directly fuel SEBCM’s mission, supporting grassroots advocates and legislative action in states across the country.

Special thanks to the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists (AAOP) for co-hosting this unforgettable evening and spotlighting SEBCM Tennessee’s leadership and impact.
