Our Mission
The Jordan Thomas Foundation 5K is more than just a race — it’s a movement of hope, strength, and second chances. Hosted by Mike DiLiello, professional athlete and Nashville local, this event unites the community to support children who have lost limbs and need access to high-quality prosthetic care.
Mike’s passion for this cause began after learning about Jordan Thomas, whose story of perseverance and compassion led to the creation of the Jordan Thomas Foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to live an active, limitless life — providing prosthetic devices, care, and lifelong support to kids who need it most.
Through this 5K, Mike and the Jordan Thomas Foundation invite you to lace up, run with purpose, and make a tangible impact. Every step, every donation, and every registration helps children move forward — not just toward the finish line, but toward a life filled with possibility.

Race Day Details Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025 Location: Waymore, East Nashville 811 Main St 5th Floor, Nashville, TN 37206 Race Start Time: 8:30 AM Packet Pick-Up: Begins at 7:00 AM at the race site Join us bright and early to grab your race packet, stretch, and get ready for a great morning supporting the Jordan Thomas Foundation! After you cross the finish line, stick around and celebrate with us — brunch tickets are available for purchase for the post-race brunch at The Waymore. It’s the perfect way to refuel, connect, and celebrate your impact!
