About SEBCM: Portland Mobility Day

Join So Every BODY Can Move (SEBCM) for an unforgettable day of movement, connection, and community!
Mobility Days are designed for individuals with limb loss, limb difference and the greater disability community to experience the freedom and joy of movement—your way.

Whether you're trying running or walking with a blade, joining a yoga or strength session, pickleball, tennis or simply connecting with others—there’s something for every BODY.

Explore new ways to move in a fun, exciting, and supportive environment. Try activity-specific prosthetic and orthotic devices and discover what works best for you—with expert clinicians, adaptive opportunities, and peers by your side.

This event will educate participants and community members about their rights and new access to coverage because of Oregon and Washington's SEBCM legislation (Oregon, SB 699 - 2025) + (Washington, HB 1669 - 2025) and will be able to provide participants not impacted by SEBCM legislation information on how to access O&P devices for physical activity through alternative resources.

We’ll help guide you through new insurance benefits for activity-specific prosthetic and orthotic—and connect you to the resources that can help you move with confidence.

Because when every body has access, every body can move.
